DIAMOND QUANTUM colloidal calcium carbonate is classified based on surfactant type, oil absorption characteristics, and particle size uniformity to meet the needs of different industries. It is divided into pure soap-based systems (CC, CCR) and rosin soap-based systems (OT, TDD).

• Pure soap-based system (CC, CCR):
  CC and CCR are further categorized into “super” and “practical” grades based on oil absorption levels.The major difference: CCR has finer particle size and narrower distribution, while CC exhibits a broader particle size range.

• Rosin soap-based system (OT, TDD):
  OT and TDD differ mainly in oil absorption levels, corresponding to different processing requirements and product performance needs.
