Taiwan Coffee Shines on the International Stage: “Chiayi Coffee × Taiwan Flavor Culture Day in Osaka” Coming Soon!

Since 2021, DIAMOND QUANTUM has served as a consultant for the Chiayi Coffee project, hosting promotional events in Okinawa over the past two years. This year, the event moves to Osaka, where DIAMOND QUANTUM helped connect Kohnan Group and Rakuda Trading Osaka to co-host the Taiwan Flavor Culture Day, centered around Chiayi Coffee. The event will be held grandly from October 18 to 19, 2025, at the Hotel Nikko Osaka. Focusing on promoting Taiwan’s unique flavor culture, the event highlights the complete value chain from origin to city, from terroir to craftsmanship, attracting nearly 100 Japanese specialty coffee professionals, department store buyers, and premium members to participate.
On the event day, the Chiayi County Magistrate will lead a delegation of elite Alishan coffee estate owners to share stories of Chiayi’s identity as a “champion coffee origin” and its distinct flavor characteristics. In addition, World Siphon Champion Mr. Wei-Hsin Chang and Japan Roasting Champion Mr. Yuya Iwasaki will co-present a Taiwan–Japan flavor dialogue, marking one of the event’s highlights.
